One Step Closer...

Things are looking good on the house front (we hope). We've got a good downpayment ready now and we're supposed to hear back on our offer on the 27th. Last we heard we are in first position and our offer is the strongest. So...go little offer go...hold fast and strong and look really hot while you're at it. We'll let ya'll know when we hear more :)
