House Hunting

Jeff and I are starting to look for houses. Really? It's a buyers marker right? So why is house hunting such a pain? hehe We have an offer on a short sell but banks are notorious for taking their time to reply...plus there are other offers so who knows where we stand with ours. We're still looking but because of the short sell offer we can't move on anything else until Oct 10th. It's a little rutt all of it's own. Wish us luck :)
